On my spiritual path, healing has been a big focus. I was taught that life is the one dealing the cards, and I just had to deal with the cards I was given. But once I healed parts of myself and created space, I learned that there is room to create more.
To be more. To live more.
It wasn’t easy or intuitive at the start. It was hard to get in touch with myself and learn what I wanted, and what my future should hold for me. And even thinking about it felt unnatural. But today, I live a very fulfilling life, and I’m so grateful to have learned how to not only learn what my intentions are but to also manifest them. Here’s how to amplify your intentions:
How to spiritually amplify your intentions
On my healing path, I learned that giving myself the space to explore what makes my heart and soul smile, is usually the right direction to find my next goal and intention. Even though it felt uncomfortable at first, I found an easy flow that helped me enhance my intentions:
1. Write your intentions down
There’s something special about writing down your intentions. For me, it feels like they are no longer just an idea that sometimes visits my mind, but rather something that can be brought to reality. It also helps me a lot to explore and gain clarity.
Sometimes my logical mind takes over and I write a ton of stuff that I ‘should’ be doing. But, I’ve learned that if you don’t feel it deep in your heart and soul, if it doesn’t bring you jitters and joy, and just a bit of fear, then your heart hasn't settled on that intention.
2. Focus on One Main Intention at a Time
When I started to make intentions, I didn’t start small. I went full out and filled a ton of pages with intentions of improving and manifesting in every single area of my life. But I quickly found myself overwhelmed and frustrated, unable to make meaningful progress in any area.
It was only when I began to focus on one main intention at a time that I started to see real results. By dedicating my energy and attention to a single goal, I was able to manifest my intentions. This doesn’t mean that you should ignore other areas of your life, but rather that you should prioritize one intention that resonates deeply with you and aligns with your current needs.
3. Setting your intentions in the morning
Mornings are a sacred time for me, a time when the world is still quiet, and I can connect with my inner self without distractions. So, I usually use a couple of minutes in the morning to enhance my intentions. I wholeheartedly recommend using a Natural African Turquoise Mala, because it’s a wonderful tool for enhancing manifestation. African Turquoise is known as a stone of evolution and transformation. It carries a vibrant, revitalizing energy that helps to open the chakras and align your spirit with the flow of the Universe.
I start by going to my favourite corner of my home, the window in my bedroom, and just take a few moments to hold the mala. It can be anywhere, if it’s easier you can even do it in bed after you wake up!
Take a few deep breaths, focusing on inhaling peace and exhaling any tension or negativity.
Then, with each bead I touch, I repeat my intention in a short, concise sentence: “I am so happy and grateful for [your intention], easily, peacefully, and lovingly.”
As I move from bead to bead, I visualize myself achieving my goal, feeling the joy and fulfillment that comes with it.
4. Manifest Daily
Manifestation is not a one-time event; it’s a daily practice. It’s about consistently aligning your energy, thoughts, and actions with your intention, day after day. Throughout the day, I set random reminders on my phone. When they pop up, I take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with my intention.

5. Receiving guidance in your dreams
Sometimes, there is a simple path towards manifesting your goals, but you just can’t see it. On my healing path, it was too often that my logical mind stood in the way of tuning into the flow of the Universe. I would be anxious, overthink, and worry so much about how I’m going to do my goals, that I often lost faith. That’s why in the evenings I started to devote some time to enhance my intentions. As we dream, the logical mind takes a rest, and our subconscious is free to roam, connect, and flow with the path towards achieving our goals.

This evening ritual not only helps me wind down but also reinforces my intention, keeping them alive in my subconscious mind as I sleep. It’s a beautiful way to close the day and prepare for the manifestation of your goals.
