WHEN ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?

All items usually get packed and shipped about 1–3 days after you order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

After that, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE ITEMS LISTED IN?

Our prices are all in USD, and the charges to your account will be in USD as well.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in Canada, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Bali, India, United Kingdom, Tibet and China.

ARE THE ITEMS MADE FROM REAL STONES?

Yes, they are! We only use natural materials, which includes semi precious stones and crystals.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
