WHEN ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
The majority of our orders leave the warehouse within 1-4 days of payment.
We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

All items usually get packed and shipped  about 1-3 days after you order. As we work directly with manufacturers worldwide and products are created on-demand, please allow for 10-40 days for delivery.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE ITEMS LISTED IN?

Our prices are all in USD, and the charges to your account will be in USD as well. 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in Canada, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Bali, India, United Kingdom, Tibet and China.

ARE THE ITEMS MADE FROM REAL STONES?

Yes, they are! We only use natural materials, which includes semi precious stones and crystals.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
